1. SCOPE AND HIPAA CLARIFICATION
This policy covers our marketing, lead generation, and consulting operations for US healthcare professionals.
- HIPAA/PHI Disclaimer: WebForDoctors Lead Generation, LLC is not a “Covered Entity” as defined by HIPAA. In certain client engagements, we may act as a Business Associate under a separate service agreement and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The public-facing Service (including our contact forms, LinkedIn Events, and lead magnets) is not intended for the transmission or storage of Protected Health Information (PHI). Please do not submit patient health information through our general marketing workflows.
- Modifications: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect and process the following personal information:
- Identity & Contact Data: Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Work Address.
- Professional Data: Job title, healthcare specialty, and LinkedIn Profile URL.
- Public/B2B Data: We may collect business contact information from publicly available professional sources (e.g., company websites, professional directories, and public LinkedIn profiles) for B2B outreach, relationship development, and event promotion.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and interactions with our Sites.
3. COOKIES, PIXELS, AND TRACKING
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel) to understand Site usage, improve marketing performance, and deliver or measure relevant advertising.

When you register for a LinkedIn Event or fill out a related Lead Gen Form:
- Details: We receive your contact details and any questions/preferences submitted.
- Use: We use this data to manage the event, send reminders, provide recordings and follow-up resources, and contact you about related professional education, services, or events. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
- Recordings: Live events are typically recorded. Participants appearing on screen or in chat may be included in the recording. We will obtain explicit permission before featuring any non-team member in marketing clips.
5. SMS AND MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS
If you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, we may send SMS messages related to your inquiry, event registration, requested resources, appointments, reminders, or relevant business communications.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
- Compliance: Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers as needed to deliver SMS messages, manage opt-outs, and operate our communications systems.

We use AI-assisted features within business tools (e.g., Riverside and GoHighLevel) for transcription, summarization, and lead organization. We do not authorize our service providers to use personal information provided through these tools to train publicly available AI models. We do not intentionally submit PHI to AI tools unless the workflow has been specifically approved and is governed by appropriate contractual safeguards, including a Business Associate Agreement where required.
8. RETENTION AND UNSUBSCRIBED CONTACTS
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage business relationships, maintain accurate records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Opt-Outs: If you unsubscribe from marketing, we may retain limited information as needed to honor your opt-out request, maintain suppression records, preserve business relationship history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or manage company-level CRM records.
